Have you heard of South Central Kitchen & Provisions located near the waterfront of downtown Summerside? You probably didn’t know that the beloved local sandwich shop is run by one of GB PEI’s clients! We would like to share her success story with you.
She started her application with us back in Oct 2018. Everything went smoothly and she received her Work Permit Support Letter in Jun 2019, only taking 8 months! Upon receiving her Work Permit approval from IRCC, her family landed in PEI in Feb 2020.
In accordance with the Performance Agreement she signed with the PEI Office of Immigration, she opened her business and started the popular restaurant where you frequently see a lineup of people wanting to taste the restaurant’s gourmet food. We definitely recommend that you try it!
We are happy and proud that her family has successfully integrated into the community and she is making tremendous contributions to the community’s economy given the tough times we are going through caused by COVID-19.
